Javorie Meditation Center every Tuesday brings Dhamma talks with interesting personalities and teachers, this time it is a lecture by a teacher named Beth Upton. Beth Upton is a British teacher of Buddhist meditation. She also spent part of her life as a Buddhist nun.

Harald is a lay teacher in the Theravada tradition. In Austria, he leads the Dialog of Insight group and offers meditation programs in Vienna (now also online). Harald has been authorized to conduct Insight Dialog courses since 2017 and is authorized to conduct teacher training together with Gregory Kramer since 2020. It also offers mindfulness courses. He has studied and practiced under various teachers in Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, USA and Europe. He studied Buddhism at a university in Sri Lanka.

Bhante Sujiva is a monk of Malay-Chinese origin. He visited the Czech Republic and Slovakia for more than a year. He is certainly one of the most important vipassana meditation teachers active in Europe. The Slovak Center​ Javorie launched a series of his regular lectures via ZOOM with translation into Slovak every Tuesday from 8:00 p.m. This is the recording of the first lecture.

The topic was tisikkha/trishiksha (three teachings) according to the Pali and Sanskrit traditions.
