In July 2022, the Sri Lankan monk Venerable Nyanakusala (in Sinhala transliteration Gnanakusala) will reside on Shanta Vana. If you would like to visit the center during this period, it is possible to talk to the Venerable about Dhamma practice or monastic life in Sri Lanka.

We offer emergency accommodation for refugees from Ukraine in the Buddhist Centre of Forest Peace (Shanta Vana) in Bohemian Paradise. Accommodation is suitable for people who tend to Buddhism or a similar spiritual direction and like peace and solitude, as the centre is very secluded and located in the middle of the forest. In the centre it is possible to accommodate approximately 20 people in two cottages.
